Matt Middeke has trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Kyle Watson at Watson Martial Arts for 10 where he was also an assitant instructor specifically for beginners,so you’re in good hands. Matt is a Black Belt and is a very experienced competitor. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground based martial art which uses joint locks and chokeholds and technique and leverage to defend or defeat a larger opponent. Middeke Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will teach basics to fundamental to advanced movements and techniques. We offer kids and adult programs no experience necessary as well as private lessons.

BEGINNERS/BASICS
Beginners class will cover basic movements, drills and terminology of Jiu Jitsu

KIDS CLASS
In Kids Class,your child will learn beginning movements of Jiu Jitsu in a playful yet educating atmosphere. they will also build lasting friendships with their training partners, while having fun and getting exercise.
